Melinda went above and beyond her role as a Realtor. She assisted selling my Mother’s home in West Jefferson after she moved out. The house was in need of repairs and maintenance prior to listing it on the market. I live in Florida and organizing (and finding) people to fix the home prior to sale was a challenge.
