Amazing service from first contact to close! We’ve worked with many realtors over the years and Andrea stands apart. She played a direct role in helping us find and secure our new home- one that truly checked every box for our family.

She guided us through every step, from identifying the right property to negotiating the contract to coordinating inspections and keeping everything on track. Her deep knowledge of the High Country market was evident throughout the entire process and her advice has continued to be valuable even after the closing as we’ve gotten settled.

Melinda went above and beyond her role as a Realtor. She assisted selling my Mother’s home in West Jefferson after she moved out. The house was in need of repairs and maintenance prior to listing it on the market. I live in Florida and organizing (and finding) people to fix the home prior to sale was a challenge. Melinda was a huge help. She facilitated and organized allowing people to enter the home to do the repairs, all the while ensuring the home stayed locked up and safe. There is no way I could have completed everything remotely without her help. Melinda also recommended a sale price higher than I had in mind- we received multiple offers within 48 hours and ultimately sold the home for above asking. Thank you, Melinda!

I worked with Faith Gibbs and she was amazing. We had to sell a home which had belonged to a family member who had a reverse mortgage. We had a very tight timeline and she was very sensitive to that. We had a few issues but she was always right on top of everything. She went above and beyond so many times for us. She is an excellent communicator and if it wasn’t for her there was no way we’d have been able to get the house sold in time. She even personally took the appraiser for the buyers agent up for us (winter/mountains). On a personal note, she is just so incredibly kind. This was a very emotional and stressful process and she made it so much easier for us. I can’t thank or recommend her enough. She is wonderful.

John Blevins was extremely professional and prompt. We knew him from his manufacturing roles and we’re excited to be working with a Lansing, NC, local to find our forever home. John worked diligently to find us exactly what we had been looking for. We put this man through the wringer and he continued to prevail. Not only was he able to get us what we wanted but he jumped through many hoops with our demanding lender with a smile on his face. My husband and I cannot thank him enough or recommend him enough!
