Melinda went above and beyond her role as a Realtor. She assisted selling my Mother’s home in West Jefferson after she moved out. The house was in need of repairs and maintenance prior to listing it on the market. I live in Florida and organizing (and finding) people to fix the home prior to sale was a challenge. Melinda was a huge help. She facilitated and organized allowing people to enter the home to do the repairs, all the while ensuring the home stayed locked up and safe. There is no way I could have completed everything remotely without her help. I worked with Faith Gibbs and she was amazing. We had to sell a home which had belonged to a family member who had a reverse mortgage. We had a very tight timeline and she was very sensitive to that. We had a few issues but she was always right on top of everything. She went above and beyond so many times for us. She is an excellent communicator and if it wasn’t for her there was no way we’d have been able to get the house sold in time. She even personally took the appraiser for the buyers agent up for us (winter/mountains). On a personal note, she is just so incredibly kind. This was a very emotional and stressful process and she made it so much easier for us. I can’t thank or recommend her enough. She is wonderful.

My closing was particularly difficult because of an unclear title, but Faith kept me updated during the negotiations ensuring every detail was covered.
