They source only the freshest premium seafood and fish directly from the North Carolina Coast. They truck is back to the Blue Ridge Mountains and process in their own Haccp facility.
That means that fish plucked fresh from the coast – located just hours away – is shipped and processed quickly to ensure incredible seafood even in the middle of the mountains!
